I personalise a plan to suit your needs to achieve your goals. I provide the guidance & accountability in your training through experience, as well as with regular check-ins, tracking & monitoring your progress through the data provided in the training platform & weekly catch ups. To ensure you are physically & mentally prepared to achieve your goal, as an athlete you have 24/7 access for any questions or advice required. To get you started in the right direction & to ensure compatibility, I provide a 30 minute meeting to discuss your goals & plans FREE of charge!!
My marathon journey started 10 plus years ago preparing for the Paris marathon & have since ran more than 22 marathons, as well as earned the prized 6 star medal for competing all the Major marathons in the World. My current PB is 2:47 for the Marathon & I competed in the Wanda World Age Championships in Chicago all achieved this year. I have completed extensive training with many international athletes in the areas of endurance running, as well as completed athletics training/coaching levels 1 & 2 with Athletics Australia.
Is one of a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create marathon training plans, with planned action to help you achieve your goals. We will do this in a team & one on one environment.
I specialize in working with runners of all ages & abilities, I specialise in many areas of running the couch to 5km or endurance distances from 5kms to the Marathon at 42.2kms. I am over the age of 50, proof that age is no barrier, you can achieve whatever it is you want to, as long as you want it & you will do what it takes to get you there.
